Resipi Salmon Wellington

  • 2 keping ready made puff pastry-defreeze
  • 1 keping salmon potong utk muat ikut saiz pastry
  • 2 keping slice cheese-setiap satu dipotong 2
  • sedikit cendawan dalam tin-dihiris/dah hiris
  • sedikit garam
  • sedikit lada sulah
  • sedikit lada hitam
  • 1 kuning telur dipukul sedikit
  1. Letak sedikit garam, lada sulah dan lada hitam pada ikan.
  2. Letak puff pastry dlm dulang pembakar yg dilapik dgn baking paper. Susun sekeping slice cheese yg dipotong dua.
  3. Kemudian letak cendawan di atas cheese tersebut.
  4. Amik ikan seperti (1) dan letak di atas  cendawan. Amik sekeping lagi cheese, potong dua dan atur di atas ikan.
  5. Tutup dengan sekeping lagi puff pastry dan tutup sehingga tiada lubang di bahagian tepi.
  6. Sapu kuning telur pada bahagian atas puff pastry.
  7. Bakar pada suhu 200′C selama lebih kurang 25minit.

Cara masaknya senang je. Syedappp tau makan dgn black pepper mushroom sauce ;)

Lamb Wellington Recipe

  • 50g butter
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 150g pine mushrooms, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • 200g lamb rack, deboned
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed
  • Extra 1 tablespoons butter, melted

1 Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Grease an oven tray.

2 Melt butter in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Remove 1 tbs to a small bowl. Add onion and mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are tender and all liquid is evaporated. Cool and separate into two even piles.

3 Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a frying pan over high heat. Sear lamb on all sides. Remove to a plate. Press half the mushrooms mixture onto lamb then wrap in pastry to enclose. Place wellington on oven tray; brush with reserved melted butter. Roast for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden.

4 Slice wellington in half and serve with remaining mushroom mixture.
