Laksa Terengganu

Hari nie terasa nak mkn laksa, tp nk yg lemak2 plk (minat betol ngan lemak. huh!) Try resipi Mamasya yg dah berjanggut bratur dlm list tuh. Sedap, kite suke… org lain tak tau le๐Ÿ˜€ rasa lemak2 berempah gituss. Sesayur kite tak cukup syarat, tp boleyle.. Maafkanlah bunge kobis sesat yg dok posing jgk dlm mangkuk tuh ye. ๐Ÿ˜€

Air Tembikai LaiciHah! jumpe laici siam kat kedai hari ni, seronok sampai nak pitam. heheh… kite beli la sket pasal mahai ler. Balik buat air bestnye!!! yg menitik kat tepi gelas tu jus laici ye, bukan air lior mahupon air idong sape2.heheh. Resipi kite cilok kat umah Kak Hana.. sape nak sile terjah rumah beliau yer.๐Ÿ˜€

Laici&RambutanAir ngan buah laici neh cam besa la posing dlm koleksi pinggan mangkuk edisi terhad kat umah neh… Perahu pon masuk entri skali lagi๐Ÿ˜€

Resipi Laksa Terengganu- Mekasih Mamasya:)

  • laksa kering direbus-kite guna spaghetti jer
  • 2 s/b lada giling
  • 1 ulas bawang putih ]
  • 1 biji bawang besar ]
  • 1 inchi lengkuas ] mesin halus
  • 3/4 inchi halia ]
  • 1/5 inchi kunyit ]
  • 1 1/2 s/b rempah @ 2 s/b rempah laksa @ 2 s/b rempah gulai bunga rose
  • 4 ekor ikan kembong saiz sederhana ] direbus @ dipanggang dan ditumbuk- kite gune 2 tin kecik sardin in oil
  • 1 1/2 tin santan pekat
  • 1 s/k kerisik
  • 2 s/b udang kering ] tumbuk
  • 1 keping asam keping
  • sedikit belacan/kuib bilis
  • sedikit gula melaka dan garam secukupnya
  1. Masak santan pekat sehingga pecah minyak.
  2. Masukkan lada giling dan bahan mesin. Biar sehingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan udang kering, gula melaka, asam keping, belacan,ikan dan air secukupnya .
  4. Biar mendidih dan menjadi pekat.
  5. Hidang bersama ulam-ulaman, limau nipis, sambal lada(lada giling+sedikit belacan) dan laksa beras (spaghetti pon sedap gak.hehe).
  6. Bahan Ulaman [hiris halus]-bunga kantan,kacang panjang,taugeh,kubis,timun,daun kemangi/selasih/kesum.

    Salam Ijan…ok le tu…asal dapat makan apa yg diidamkan…yg duduk kat M’sia pun selalu buat tak cukup bahan…(akak la tu)..sedap dah tu akak nampak…& spagetti tu memang…kalau kat oversea…dialah laksa…dialah mee…hihihi

    Ijan,jom duk sebelah umah akak.senang time nak makan panggil akak.tengok laksa dah teragak nie..airtu lagi ler ..tapi buat buat tak nampak ajer laaakan..

    oowhhh cenggini ghuper laksa ganu! kuah dier lbh kurang cam laksa jhr gak erk! cam cedap la jann.. adusssss laici ngan rembutan tuhhh geramnnyer aku nengok duk tergolek2 lam perahuu!! mintakkkk!!!
